Till the storm passes over---His strength is perfect, when our strength is gone.

"He gives power to the faint and weary, and to him who has no might He increases strength [causing it to multiply and making it to abound].”

Earthly trials and tribulations come to us all.  Just because we have a relationship with God doesn't mean that life will always be smooth sailing; but, it does mean that we have His added strength to walk through the most trying of times and by His grace and strength, come out better than we went in.

"If you are going through difficulty today, God wants to increase your strength. He wants to increase your power to overcome. He wants to make your inner man as strong as steel. When you keep standing, keep believing, keep doing the right thing, you are opening yourself to God’s supernatural strength. That’s when you know you are growing in Him. Be strong today. Keep pressing forward because God is at work increasing strength in you so that you can live in victory in every area of your life!"

Are you relying on God for strength, direction and comfort that only He can provide or are you trying to go it alone and on your own power?  God is ready, willing, able and waiting to help  and provide to you the grace, strength and stamina you need to make it through.  Today, let God give you the strength you need to make it till the storm passes over and come out stronger---stronger and wiser than you went in!

Father God, today I surrender every difficulty to You. I release the questions, hurts and frustrations. I choose to trust You and do the right thing. Increase Your strength in me so that I can live in the victory You have in store me!  Thanks God!

God can turn those seeming stumbling blocks into stepping stones!

"Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully."

"Life is full of things that try to push us down. We all face disappointments and setbacks. Maybe you received some bad news about your health or perhaps a relationship didn’t work out. That was a setback. It’s easy to get discouraged or lose your enthusiasm or even be tempted to just settle where you are; but, if we’re going to see God’s best, we have to have a “bounce-back” mentality. That means when you get knocked down, you don’t stay down. You get back up again. You have to know that every time adversity comes against you, it’s a setup for a comeback!"

"He intervenes in our situations when we commit them to Him. Commit to the Lord anything you may be tempted to be concerned about.  In order to succeed at being ourselves, we must continually be committing ourselves to God, giving to Him those things that appear to be holding us back. Only God can take proper care of those types of situations.  When those doubts come your way, don't get discouraged. Bring them in line with God's Word. It works every time! "

"Remember, as a believer and child of God, His power lives in you.  There is no challenge too difficult, no obstacle too high, no sickness, no disappointment, no person, nothing that can keep you from your God-given destiny. If you stay in faith, then God will turn what was meant to be a stumbling block into a stepping stone, and you’ll move forward in strength, full of faith and victory!"

"Thank You God for setting me up for success in everything I do. I choose to trust and rely on You knowing that Your plans are for my good. I know my best days are ahead of me and look ahead to the blessings You have in store for me.  May I never let 'self' and 'having things my way' get in the way of your will and the good things you have planned for my life."

Good things come to those who wait---especially those who wait in Faith on God!

Sometimes we find ourselves in such challenging situations that it's hard to imagine waiting one more second for an answer and to fathom how God could deliver, provide the right answers and favor.  In these times it's important to hold out hope, keep waiting patiently and trusting Him with a sweet and simple faith.  Then, in ways we never could've never imagined God can move suddenly and completely provide the right answer and turn our situations around.  It's often helpful to remind ourselves of times in the past that God has moved on our behalf and remind ourselves if He's done it before, He'll do it again.

When people patiently and expectantly wait on God in the midst of horrible or challenging circumstances, suddenly God breaks through. So don't give up! Don't stop believing! Stay full of hope and expectation. God's power is limitless, and He'll break through for you if you'll keep the faith, hold out hope, maintain a good attitude and continue being who He'd have you be in the midst of trying times.  Don't give up before your miracle happens!   Praise Him in the midst of your storm and remember that good things come to those who wait---especially those who wait in Faith on The Lord!

“When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen. When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.  I’ll turn things around for you."

Don't let self pity run rampant in your life.

"No good thing does the Father God withhold from His children."

A hand shake.  A common way we great each other today.  Sometimes with a hug depending on how well we know the person.  On the other end of that hand shake we never know what is going on in the life of the other person's life.  The one who may be hiding behind a smile and echoing the words "I'm doing great and things are going great," when they really aren't.

We ourselves may be guilty as well.  Self pity almost seems like a common pit to fall into, a default mode if we let it, when disappointment, tragedy, or let downs meet us in life. Self pity is not our friend.  We have a choice we can pull up a chair and go over and over the pitiful things that are wrong in our life or we can turn them over to God, trust  His care and begin to focus on what's right in our life.  We have a choice.

Today, choose to set your focus on what God's done and is doing in your life. "Choose to change the channel in my mind from defeat to victory."  Set your thoughts and focus on the Father's love and the good things He's done or is doing in your life and thank Him for His blessings in every area of your life.  When we do these things, and make a conscious decision to look at what's going right in our life and how much we have to be thankful for, we open ourselves up for God to continue moving and acting on our behalf---for our good!

Self-will comes with enormous price tag.

Contentment and gratitude are excellent in their proper place; but, we should never get so complacent with where we are that we stop growing spiritually in our relationship with God and believing Him for better days, better things and expecting the fullness of the life He desires to give us.

A mindset of low expectations holds us back because God can only do through us what we believe for.  Be careful not to get in an “okay place” spiritually.  Don't be ok with average and end up forfeiting the blessed life He has for you---we don’t serve an average God and His plans for your life are not average; but, "exceedingly and abundantly above all you could ask or think."  Are you believing it, perceiving it and conceiving it in your own life?

Low living and low expectations of God have a high cost. Nothing is worth giving up the wonderful, peaceful, joyful, righteous, best life we can have in Him here on earth. If you spend your life resisting the will of God and living your way, you’re living the low life.  Are you making big decisions and changes in your life without seeking God first?  Remember the prayer, "not my will; but thine be done?"  When we pray this prayer and mean it, doing our best to follow God's lead, it sets us up to receive God's best.

God wants you to be blessed; but, He doesn't want you trying to do it and go it alone.  He doesn't want you to seek things or put things ahead of Him. Remember that as we seek Him first, all of the blessings He has in store for us will come. That's living the high life, the best life God has in store!  Plans, goals, and dreams are good; but, God may have something far better in store than your planning or dreaming.  The only way to get God's best and be the best He'd have us is following His lead, expecting and believing for His best, His blessings---one day at a time always allowing Him to lead the way.

We have a choice!

"Believe, accept and work for God's best or settle for less."

We have a choice. We can listen to the voice of our ego, our self or the voice of God. How can we tell the difference? By how we feel---by our God conscious that's within.  The ego's urgings always leave us with some misgivings. God's guidance assures us.  Live by God's anointing. God has given it to you to help you in all that you do. Remember that things are accomplished by the Spirit of God that cannot by our might nor by our power alone. Today, stay peaceful and calm.  Stay in constant contact with God.  Be quick to forgive, slow to anger, patient, and kind. You’ll find that God's anointing on your life will be stronger and you'll experience His peace that passes all understanding, living and enjoying every day life to the fullest.

Adjust your perspective to match God's. Seek His peace and His pace for your life. Don't waste the energy God has given you on stress. Save it for living and enjoying life and let "God's peace that passes all understanding" be present in your life.  Walk all the way with with God. Do not go part of the way and stop. Do not push God so far into the background that He has no effect on your life. Walk all the way with Him. Make a good companion of God by praying to Him often during the day. Do not let your contact with Him be broken.  Work all the way with God along the path of life, wherever He may lead you.  Follow the upward path, for God protects the lives of His people and provides His perfect peace that passes all understanding.

"One thing remains constant through trial and change.  His love never fails, never gives up, and never runs out on us.  We never have to be afraid for one thing remains---the constant power of His great love."

God is for you. Don't underestimate what He can do!

"Today, don’t underestimate what you have. It may look small and insignificant. Compared to what you’re facing, it seems impossible; but, when God breathes on your life, the odds dramatically change! Stay open, keep expecting, stay close to Him and watch Him do something extraordinary in your life!"

"Face today's tasks confident that you will be given the ability to accomplish God's will for you."  Keep looking through the eyes of Faith and stay in anticipation of God's favor in your life.  Remember, He is for you today!

"In all things we are more than conquers.  You keep us by Your love and by Your grace we stand. You have good plans for our lives."

Don't Miss the Greatness of God!

"Looking unto Him, the author and finisher of our faith."

"How many times does this happen?  God tells us He is going to do something great in our lives, and we start looking at things in the natural, and before long, we talk ourselves out of it! But we have to remember, God can take something that is ordinary, breathe on it and turn it into something that’s extraordinary. With God, all things are possible! Don’t just look at things in the natural, look at the greatness of God. Stay focused on what He can do and embrace all He has for you!"

"Today, are you just going through the motions, or have you fully surrendered your life, trusting Him with everything so that He can do a powerful work in you?  You can have a new life of power. But only in close contact with the grace of God is its power realized."

Today, look through the eyes of faith and lay claim on and open your eyes and your mind to receive, all the good things God wants to and is trying to do in your life.  When the world and our limited human minds say no and can't conceive how, God says yes, I'll make a way---watch and see what good things I have in store for your life!

When we don't know WHY!

"When I walk through the valley, I will not be afraid for You My God are there.  You mighty arms of strength and protection cover me and strengthen me to walk through the valley and carry on to better days."

We all at some points in our life face situations and tragedy that leave us shaking our heads, even devastated, with thoughts of why.  I have experienced it in my own life and with my family and I have seen others experience it as well.

As I continue to grow in my relationship with God spiritually, I have learned and accepted the fact that there are things that happen in life that we will never understand and squandering hours trying to figure out why does no good.  I have also seen God's hand work in the midst of tragic situations and bring good out of bad.  I'm going out on a limb here---I do not believe that my loving God causes bad things to happen.  I do believe that He can bring good out of bad and take what was meant to harm or cause dis-belief and use it for good.

Today, if you are facing the unknown question of why, don't give up.  Keep the faith.  Let God give you the strength and guidance to walk through the situation and be who He would have you be.  Don't squander hours trying to figure out why; but, let God guide you, strengthen you.  It may be that all you can do is be an encouragement to those hurting, a strong arm or shoulder for them to lean on and if so, do it to the best of your God give ability; but, don't give up on God for He hasn't given up on you nor those around you that may be hurting.  Take refuge in His arms today and let Him and your faith help you come out of whatever you may be dealing with stronger than when you went in.

Are you enjoying everyday life or losing it when the challenges of life hit?

Often when the challenges and frustrations of daily life hit, it's easy to take our focus off God and being the best we can be and get caught up in an attitude of murmuring and complaining.  When this happens even the smallest frustrations can be blown out if proportion. Being stuck in traffic.  Having a flat tire.  Locking our keys in our car.  Loosing our patience with a difficult client, co-worker or boss.  Being impatient waiting behind the elderly lady in line to pay for groceries as she counts out the exact change to the penny to pay for her groceries.  In these times we can allow ourselves to lose focus on what's really important and how much we have to be grateful for and what God is trying to do in our lives.  We may even find ourselves taking our frustrations out on our close friends or loved ones.  Why?  They don't deserve the brunt of our frustrations.

If we pause for a minute and ask for God's help, renew our minds and refocus on what's really important we realize that the daily frustrations of life come.  We can either grab some patience and enjoy our day, or succumb to frustration and let these things stand in the way of enjoying the gift of a new day and being the best God would have us with a good attitude.  After all, daily frustrations will come and we are powerless over them; we can either make the best of the situation or the worst.

"God wants us to have joy in the midst of our ordinary, everyday life, even on the worst days of our life.  When we take our minds off of ourselves and our circumstances and put our focus on God, loving and being of service to others and being who God would have us with the attitude he would have us and be filled with gratitude, we are embracing an attitude that will bring honor to Him and enable us to view every day as an exciting, new gift from God.  In each new day we can find something to be grateful for.  We can expect God to do something great or we can have a bad attitude and block ourselves from Him fully working in our lives.

Today, no matter what circumstances you may have to deal with, remember, your steps are ordered by Him.  He has good things in store; but, you'll never find those things with a bad attitude and treating others poorly.  If you'll keep a good attitude, in the midst of challenging circumstances, take your focus off yourself and turn it to someone you can help, God will see this and reward you.  You'll also find yourself enjoying everyday life and being blessed instead of being miserable.

"Weeping may ensure for a night; but, joy comes in the morning."

Trust in Him, be Your Best, and Lack Nothing that You Need.

One Christmas several years ago, I asked my daughter what she wanted or needed for Christmas.  I was expecting to get a list of a few things; but, instead, her response was "I can't think of a thing I need.  As a matter of fact dad, this year we are giving back to those less fortunate for Christmas."  What a pleasant surprise, and how my heart swelled with pride at my daughters response---to be of service, to give back, to pay things forward when the opportunity presents itself.  God rewards those who have a heart of service and serve/give selflessly to others.

So what do you lack?  There is a difference in a want and a need.  Just because we'd like to have something doesn't mean it's a need or essential to daily life.  Have you been blessed and if you look around, while you may not have everything you want, has God blessed and taken care of your needs?  Are you working each day to be the best God would have you or focused on the material things you'd like to have which is blocking you from being your best?  We've become a society of more, more, more, often losing site of the things we have to be grateful for that can so easily be taken for granted.

"Today, get a new perspective. God has given you exactly what you need for the season that you’re in. You have the talent, the friends, the connections, the resources, the experience you need for right now. It doesn’t mean that’s all you’re ever going to have. You may need more next month or next year. When that time comes, God will make sure that you have what you need. Because your trust is in the Lord, you don’t have to worry. You lack no good thing."  Today, be grateful for what you may have taken for granted and that God is the God of provision and your needs are met.  As we live our lives, we should be thankful for what we have, not always wanting what we don't have.  It's hard to grumble when I'm grateful. "No matter what challenges you might face today, live a life of gratitude and continue to be kind to everyone you encounter letting your gratitude and the love of God shine bright in your life."

"... those who trust in the LORD will lack no good thing.”

Let Him Be Your Strong Arm

People experiencing tragedy often go through stages of emotional expressions of sobbing and hysteria. These may come and go when least expected. Confusion, disorientation and fear are also common. Depression and waves of overwhelming feelings are experienced by many.

Most of us go through emotionally difficult times when tragic loss occurs. Those who are walking in faith come out of it, and they come out of it better than when they went in.

If you are hurting right now due to a loss in your life, a new beginning is in front of you. Running from the grieving process only prolongs the healing God has for you.  Trust and praise God even when you don't feel like it.  What the enemy intends for your harm, God can turn around for your good!  Today, give God your hurt, pain, grief and loss, and allow Him to give you the strength you need to make it through to the other side of your situation.  Yes it maybe a process and it may take time; but, God wants to be your strong arm and attend to your needs.  Will you let Him?

"I lift up my eyes ... From where does my help come?  My help comes from The Lord ..."

The Grace of God is always available.

"Positive minds produce positive lives; but, negative minds produce negative lives."  "The cry of the human soul is never unheard by God. It may be that God hears the cry, even if we fail to notice God's response to it. The human cry for help always evokes a response of some sort from God. It may be that our failure to discern properly keeps us unaware of the response; but, one thing we can believe and know for sure is that the grace of God is always available for every human being who sincerely calls for help. Many changed lives are living proof of this fact.

Today, let God renew your mindsets and your thinking. It may seem you've been going through a dry-spell and that nothing is changing for the better in your life.  Where are your thoughts?  What are you believing God for?  Are you claiming His favor and goodness in your life?  Are you standing on His promises and actively seeking Him each day?  Are you allowing Him to renew your mind and thoughts for the better each day?  Often God is at work the most when we feel it the least.  Live in expectation of His goodness, blessings and answers even in the smallest ways and stay on the lookout of the hand of God at work in your life.  Today, take courage in knowing there is no place where God's grace can't find you and turn things around for the better in your life--if you'll trust Him and allow Him too.

"Seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you truly seek Him with all your heart and mind and soul and life."

"For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.  You will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you. You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."

Don't Settle for Less Than God's Best!

"For I know the plans I have for you.  Plans to prosper you and not harm you.  Plans for a future and a hope!"

"God wants you to live in the fullness of His blessing. His blessing is His supernatural empowerment. It is His favor. We’ve all seen a measure of His blessing, but there is a whole new level He wants to take you to. God has promises and opportunities in store for you that you haven’t even thought of yet. What you’ve seen in the past is only a fraction of what God wants to do in your future.

Understand that God likes to outdo Himself. He wants to open doors for you and bring out talents and abilities that you didn’t even know you had. Remember, the God we serve is a God of abundance. He is the God of more than enough. Not only does He want to meet your needs, He wants to give you enough to bless other people. That’s living in the fullness of the blessing!

Today, don’t settle where you are. Your destiny is not determined by the economy, your past, or what anyone else thinks or says; your destiny is determined by Almighty God. He wants you to tap into a greater measure of His blessing and live in the fullness He has in store for you!"

God wants to bless you. Will you proclaim it, perceive it and receive it?

At Christmas, on Birthdays and other special occasions, we often give and receive gifts.  We usually tear into the eloquently wrapped packages with anticipation and joy; but, what if we just let the gift sit there and did nothing with it?  It would be worthless to us.  What if we refused the gift, how would it make the giver who is trying to bless us feel?  The same with God.  What if He is trying to gift you and you aren't believing it, aren't speaking it, receiving it and are giving it back? How do you think that makes him feel.  A gift really isn't fully a gift unless it is given, received and then used or enjoyed, a blessing often making the one receiving it happy, excited and encouraged along their way.

"Right now, God is showering down blessings, healing, promotion and good ideas. It’s raining favor; but, we have to do our part to get our words in line with what God wants to do. We have to ask for that favor. We have to call it in if we are going to experience it. We have to release our faith with our words."

"This is a great day to be alive! God is pouring out His favor like no other time in history. Right now, it’s raining increase. It’s raining new ideas. It’s raining promotion. Don’t let it pass you by. Start declaring it for yourself, 'I am blessed. I am prosperous. I am favored. I am healthy. I am free.'  You can make up your mind to work toward changing your life by saying what God says.  Speaking it over your circumstances and seeing things turn around for you benefit and your favor."  Freely speak, proclaim, perceive and receive God's favor, God's blessings and let Him turn your life, situations and circumstances around for your good.  Today, ask it, lay claim on it and begin receiving it---His blessings, His gifts and provision in every area of your life!

"For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift." "And God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need ..."

You are Faithful---God You are Faithful!

To worry about something is a waste of time and energy that could be better spent on living a full life today and be the best God would have us be. Every one who believes in God has been given a measure of faith. In order to see the promises of God come to pass in your life, give your faith a voice. Declare what God says about you and your situations.  Stand on His promises.  Those seeds of faith inside you are activated when you speak them out into the atmosphere. That’s why we are told, “Let the weak say I am strong. Let the poor say I am rich.” When you give your faith a voice, you send forth the Word, He watches over His own and promises to bring to pass good things in your life---"a future and a hope."

The key is not to allow words of defeat or negativity to come out of your mouth. Don’t sabotage yourself and dig up your good seed by speaking against His Promises and His best plans for your life. Instead, water your good seed by continuing to declare with faith His promises. When you wake up every morning, thank Him that His promises are coming to pass in your life. As you do, you will see those things come to pass, and you will live the life of victory God has prepared for you.

Listen: God put you where you are for a purpose and may move you for greater purpose.  He has every hair on your head numbered, and he knows your address so even much more does He know your needs and want to bless you His child. How amazing is that?!?  Will you lay claim on His blessings today by speaking them over your life and the situations you face?

"NOW FAITH is the assurance, the confirmation, the title deed, of the things we hope for, being the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality.  Faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.  The substance of things hoped for---evidence of things not seen.  Because of God's great love for us His compassions never fail.  Great is His faithfulness and His mercies are new every morning!"

A New Day with God Brings Endless Opportunities. Are you claiming God's blessings on your life?

Each new day God gives a clean page to live in our book of life if we freely take it and walk in His grace and forgiveness.  When we follow His lead the possibilities are endless of what we can accomplish with His help in any given day!

If you struggle with negative thinking, it's so important for you to come to grips with the fact that your life won't change until your thinking does. Renewed, God-like thinking is vital for change.  Thoughts lead to actions. Do you wake each day thanking God for another day and excited with expectations of what He's gonna do in your life or do you wake in dread with a negative mindset that nothing is ever gonna get better in your life?

If nothing changes, nothing changes and that includes our mindsets, thinking, and outlook on life.  You can believe all day long and not see anything happen. You can have faith in your heart, big dreams, stand on God’s promises and never see anything change. What’s the problem?  Are you also claiming the things your believing for?  Nothing happens until you speak God’s Word and Promises and begin thinking like He thinks about you and see yourself as He see's you.  Instead of just believing, lay claim on the blessings God has in store for you and the things your believing God for. Lay claim on His favor for your life as His child.  We often don't realize the power of our words; but, "death and life are in the power of the tongue."

Today "stay conscious of Me (God) as you go step by step through this day. My Presence with you is both a promise and a protection. The promise of My Presence is a powerful protection.  If you take your eyes off Me and follow another’s way, you are in grave danger.  The way to stay on the path of Life and be he best you can be is to keep your focus on Me. Awareness of My Presence is your best protection."

Keep it Simple!

We have probably heard the phrase "Keep It Simple" thousands of times.  We may have heard it put "keep it simple stupid" if we are extremely hard headed.  :-)  Keeping it simple means doing the next right thing in front of us to do, not necessarily a sequence of fourteen things all at once.  To keep something simple means to focus on only a tiny bit or a chunk of it at a time. If we employ a little hindsight, we'll quickly recall how many situations began to improve as we attended to just a portion of them at a time, suiting up and showing up with the full armor of God to help us be the best He'd have us be.

God never gives us more than we can handle. How many times have we heard that.  We often as humans blow things out of proportion and over dramatize or over complicate them. Keep it simple!  God will always show us the best way to handle something little by little, very simply, in exactly the order we need to if well let Him.

Have you been praying about a situation in your life and found yourself waiting for a breakthrough, wondering why the answer hasn't come yet and thinking victory is passing you by?  Sometimes when we pray long and hard about a situation in our life without receiving any answers, we may feel God has failed or we just learn to live with it.  God does hear those prayers, and He’s working out the answers even though we may not know all the details. Our situation can change suddenly—quickly, without warning.  Until then we can either wait passively or expectantly. A passive person gives up; but, the expectant person, on the other hand, is hopeful, believing the answer is just around the corner, due to arrive any minute. His belief is not a passive thing. His heart is full of hope, expecting his problem to be solved at any moment. He wakes up every morning expecting to find his answer. He may wait and wait; but, he’ll keep asking until suddenly, God turns everything around!  Today, keep seeking, knocking, asking and praying.  God does answer prayer in His time in His way which is always for our best!

Be still & know

"Take time to be still in My Presence. The more hassled you feel, the more you need this sacred space of communion with Me. Breathe slowly and deeply. Relax in My holy Presence while My Face shines upon you. This is how you receive My Peace, which I always offer to you.

Receive it gratefully; hide it in your heart. My Peace is an inner treasure, growing within you as you trust in Me. Therefore, circumstances cannot touch it. Today be still, enjoying Peace in My Presence."

Is your foundation Rock Solid in Him? Do you have not because you ask not?

"God is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly, far over and above all that we dare ask or think, infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams."

"When we have rock-solid faith, we won’t be moved by what’s happening around us. We have peace in our hearts and minds because our hope is in God not man or things external.  We have an attitude that says: “I’m not moved by this medical report. I respect and honor people that are trying to help me; but, I know God can do what medical science and man cannot do as God made me.  I'm not moved by the economy, the stock market, my job situation for I know God supplies all of my needs. He promised He would prosper me."

"Friend, that’s unshakeable faith. That’s building your house on a rock-solid foundation. When the storms of life come, you won’t be moved. Stay rock solid by meditating:  -on God (being still and knowing He is God);  -on His promises;  -on who you are in Him;  -and on following His commands and His leading and direction for your life.  It’s simple. Instead of making your circumstances the focus, give God your circumstances and make God your focus, standing strong and secure in Him! Today, spend time with God as a priority and learn to stay rock solid in Him each day.  Be willing to trust Him with your life in order to receive His strength and direction. Accept God's timing, live in hope and enjoy life while God is working on your behalf and the good plans He has in store."

So, is it true in your life that "You have not because you ask not!?!"  "Well that's to silly to ask God for." or "I only take the big things to God, I don't worry Him with the minute details of my life."  That's non-sense and allowing the enemy to gain a foothold in your life and instill dis-belief in your mind as to what God can do in your life.  God wants you to be bold in your asking as you can ask God for anything and make all your petitions known to Him.  He cares about every detail of your life.  When you ask, trust Him to do it His way and in His timing. It is untold what people can do who don't appear to be able to do anything; but, with God's help, power and strength realize that nothing with Him is impossible!  God simply wants us to do what He tells us, when He tells us, without questioning or trying to figure everything out. No matter how long things take, we can always confidently know that it will be better in God’s timing."

"For everyone who keeps on asking receives; and he who keeps on seeking finds; and to him who keeps on knocking, the door will be opened."  Today draw close to God and He'll draw close to you giving you a foundation that cannot be shaken regardless of what's going on around you for you know no matter what---God's got you!

He never fails and will never lead you astray!

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”

You and I don't need to be anxious because God wants to guard our paths and preserve our way. Why waste time ignoring His signs and becoming anxious when it isn’t going to solve anything?  When you have an attitude of obedience, and when you see His spiritual signs along your journey directing you in the way to go, the decisions to make and the right things to do, follow them. When you follow His instructions, you’ll always arrive safely at your destination.

"1) Cursed is the one who trusts solely in man; but, 2) blessed is the man who trusts in The Lord." These are lifetime statements that give a broad overview of the difference between two directions in life-man's way or God's way. The first statement depicts people who continually look to others to solve their problems. Getting help from others is not wrong; but, too much dependence on people and none on God, sets us up to be let down, hurt and disappointed, often headed down the wrong path.

The second statement describes those who trust in the Lord. In every circumstance, they know they will not be disappointed, let down, led astray or failed as God is faithful and will lead them in the right direction and provide for their every need, taking them to places of greater purpose that man is not capable of doing.

" My Presence safely shields you, enfolding you in My loving arms. I have lifted you out of darkness into My marvelous Light.   Turn your attention to the Giver of all good things, and rest in the knowledge that you are complete in Me. The one thing you absolutely need is the one thing you can never lose: My Presence with you. "

" Just Trust Me. -God. "

The wisdom of our intuition deserves our great respect. It is a valuable guide. Even though it is not 100 percent accurate, and we cannot expect it to be, we should not violate ourselves by contradicting it. Instead, we grow by developing our Godly intuition, listening to what we imagine and what we feel, and following our God given instincts and wisdom.  Godly Intuition is another form of spiritual strength.

I used to think that if I had all kinds of worldly stuff, I'd have no worries and my life would be peaceful; but, no matter how much stuff I gained, it never really brought peace. True peace comes from being one with God.  A large majority of people spend their whole life searching for the wrong things, when what they simply need is a relationship with God in their life.

"Live fully in the present, depending on Me each moment. Rather than fearing your inadequacy, rejoice in My abundant supply. Train your mind to seek My help continually, even when you feel competent to handle something by yourself. Don’t divide your life into things you can do by yourself and things that require My help. Instead, learn to rely on Me in every situation. This discipline will enable you to enjoy life more and to face each day confidently."

"Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart."

The Stretching of our Faith!

"Don't become lazy; but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the blessings and greater things God prepares for them in His time.”

If God made everything happen right away, or whenever we wanted it to happen, it wouldn’t require anything of us---faith.  We would miss the opportunity to grow because we grow in faith, character and spiritual maturity in the difficult times---the waiting times, the dark nights of the soul, the times we don't have all the answers.  We grow as our faith is being stretched.  When we believe; but, we don’t see any reason too. When we stay in faith in spite of our mind telling us we’re wasting our time. When give God praise in all things instead of complaining and we stay the course not giving up before the miracle happens, that's passing the test. When you stay in faith every day, during the times of waiting on God your faith is not only increasing, your character is not only being developed; but, you are one day closer to seeing promises, God's answers and the culmination of what He's been working on behind the scenes---His provision come to pass.

Don't give up on a promise or the things your believing God for just because you’ve been waiting a long time. Dig your heels in. Put on a new attitude. God is saying, “Every promise I’ve spoken over you, every dream I’ve placed in your spirit, even the secret petitions of your heart, the dreams you haven’t told anyone about, I still have every intention of bringing them to pass.” Everything the enemy has taken from you will be restored in multiples. Stay close to Him. Obey, follow His lead, enjoy the journey of every new day in anticipation and keep moving forward in the blessing and victory He has prepared for you.  Don't give up on God. He's not a half-way, part-time God.  He has good plans for your life and they will come to pass if you will trust Him.

So today, is your faith being stretched?  Stick close to God as your faith is stretched and while you're waiting and no matter what don't give before His plans unfold and the miracles happen.  Push through the frustration and waiting and look in anticipation at the gain beyond the pain.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, can separate you from the Love of God!

"For I am persuaded and am sure beyond the shadow of doubt that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor things impending and threatening nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God ..."

We all hear the word love frequently.  From family and friends telling us they love us to us doing the same.  What about love without a price tag?  Love that loves with nothing expected in return.  Love that's constant through the ups and downs, bad and ugly, good and bad of life.  Love that doesn't change.  Some many use the term love loosely today and it's often given based on one's performance or on what one can do for another instead of just simply loving.

God's love never changes.  It's constant.  It doesn't bear a price tag that only loves is if we are perfect.  His love is unchanging, unwavering, and loves us on our best days and our worse.  It reminds me so closely to the parental love of a mother or father---we love our children even in times in which we may not agree with their choices, how they are living, whether they do what we want or not.  It's love without a price tag.  Love that knows no end.

Today, no matter where you are in life, know that God loves you.  " Because of the love of God, my past doesn't have to affect my future anymore. No more walking around feeling guilty because of His grace that covers all.  Nothing can separate you from His love. He has made a way for you to be free from your past and to enter true fullness of life to be enjoyed everyday---free from the baggage of the past or the worries of tomorrow!  With Him, there is hope for newness of life. Receive it today. Believe it today.  Let it fully sink into your very being.  Feel it today and walk in the fullness of life your Creator has for you living your best life each day as He lifts your burdens, takes care of your concerns and makes it possible by His grace, forgiveness, love and tender mercy for you to be free and the best He'd have you be.  Today, remember God's love knows no end...period!

Are you expecting God's best to come true in your life? Let your God given dreams take root and let Him bring them to pass with His divine favor and in His perfect timing. It's definitely worth the wait!

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Our God-given dreams are like seeds planted deep within our hearts. For those dreams to grow, they must take root. Having faith for your dreams means you believe it on the inside before it takes place on the outside. In other words, you see those dreams coming to pass through the eyes of faith no matter what’s going on around you.

Get a vision on the inside of what God wants for you, always remembering His plans for you are good.  He wants you to accomplish the plans and dreams He’s placed in your heart.  He wants you to prosper and in turn be a blessing to others.  Look through the eyes of faith and see your dreams coming to pass. See yourself walking in abundance in every area of life for this is God's desire for your life.

As you journey into your dreams coming to pass, keep in mind that God doesn't require perfection---He made us, and He knows we’re human and will make mistakes. Get up every day with expectancy of what God's gonna do and do your best.  If you fall short, make it right with God, learn from walking through the experience, receive His forgiveness, His grace, and go on.  Many people feel that God can't use them because they’re not perfect; but, this is a lie. God uses imperfect people everyday to do His work.  Don't be afraid of your flaws.  Acknowledge them and allow God to use you anyway. Quit worrying about what you're not, or others opinions of you for it's not our place to worry about what others think of us and in that my friend, there is freedom!  Give God what you are and let Him use you in ways you may have never dreamed possible.

As you trust God with your present and future and believe He will tell you what you need to know and direct and guide you at the proper time, you can live in peace.  Love God Today.  Expect Him to work on your behalf as He goes before you.  Seek God for your present and future and trust Him to bring it all about in His perfect timing.  Believe me it is definitely worth the wait!

How often do we take time to say "Thank You"?

"Give Thanks with a Grateful Heart."

In today's society of busy-ness we have become accustomed to running to and fro on hectic schedules from one appointment to another from home to work, work, work, and then home again. When we add family time or extracurricular activities in, it even makes life more hectic.  Do we include time for God in the mix and do we really ever think who makes all the things we do possible?

God desires time with His children. He wants to hear from you, your needs, your hurts, your pains, your challenges and He also has things He want to say to you as you are still before Him.  He wants to direct your thinking and renew your mind each day.  More than any of what's been written here, He inhabits the Praise of His People.  When is the last time you hit your knees (or however you pray), stopped everything you were doing and just said "Thank You"?  Have you ever seen someone get a gift, maybe a birthday or Christmas present and never tell the giver thank you?  How rude is that.  The same with God!

Everything may not be perfect in your life; but, if we all take a quick survey and look around us---we have much to be grateful for.  God is and has been good!  Today, take a few minutes to give thanks to God with a grateful heart for all He's done for you, ways He's provided and not just for things past or present; but, also for what He's gonna do in your future.  Today, give thanks with a grateful heart to God and find yourself a little closer to Him in the process, a little more appreciative of what you have and knowing you've put a smile on His face as you feel His presence shining down on you!

"Happiness is not a destination.  It's a way of life!"

Are you happy today---sincerely happy or does your happiness float up and down like a roller coaster dependent on people doing what you want, acting how you want them and being who you want them to be or in getting your way or things working out the way you want them too?  Do you find yourself saying "If only...I'd be happy"?

"One of the most important lessons I have learned is that I cannot count on someone else or things external to make me happy or to fill the void in my life that only God can fill.   God has given us the ability to take responsibility for our own happiness."

"A lot of people aren't happy unless a certain person behaves a certain way, things go their way, they get what they want or unless a certain situation works out just the way they want it to. Every day many people let their happiness depend on other people and situations---externals and end up un-happy, let down and frustrated.  It doesn't have to be this way for in reality, God wants us to find our happiness in Him.  In Him there is Freedom!"

Today, may you find true Happiness based on your relationship with God, independent of people, places or things external.   It's up to each of us to decide.  Do you want to be miserable and let down or happy?  Today, may you be happy on your journey with God and find continued and lasting happiness in your life secured by a relationship with Him and independent of people, places or things!

"We are fortunate to have found an answer to the malaise that afflicts so many people. In its simplest form, it’s called love; in its purest form, God!"

To those who are spirit-guided there is strength and peace and calm to be found in communion with an Unseen Lord. To those who believe in God they cannot see; but, whose power they can feel, whose works are evident in day to day life, life has meaning and purpose. We are His children and if He cares for the birds of the air and the fish of the sea how much more will He care for His own.

As children, we are often taught and encouraged to act and think with confidence. If we have faith that something wonderful can happen, it will bring us joy. Confidence gives us the will to succeed. Without faith, we invite despair. Faith lets us win by teaming up with love and hope. When things are going well, faith encourages growth. During hard times, faith falls upon trust for added strength and inspiration. It takes such a small amount of faith to see things change on our behalf.  Once, a four-year-old girl found a penny and showed it proudly to a stranger. The man scoffed, "What do you expect to buy with a penny?" The child with faith replied, "I can buy a wonderful wish at a wishing well with it."

When we humble ourselves and ask for God’s help, He's able to release His power in our situations. It's only then that we can really enjoy life. So humble yourself today, enjoy life and let Him take care of your worries.  Be kind to others you meet for you never know what battles they are fighting in their own life and how much a little love and encouragement from you will help them on their way!

At a Dead End? Let Your Faith Begin!

Faith makes life a lot easier.  With your faith and obedience, God will work supernaturally in your situation to turn things around for good.  He will direct your steps. He’ll make sure you come across the right people, at the right time. God will give you wisdom, insight and favor as you take steps to bring your dreams to pass and be the best at who He'd have you be.

When faced with a dead end, the best response is to expect God to act. What are you expecting God to do in your life? "According to your faith it will be done ..."

Today, are you at what seems to be Dead End?  In reality it just may be a new beginning.  Don't limit God by limiting your vision, a setback or an uncertainty.  Expect God to Act.  Look back and see how God has led you through paths of faith, expanding and increasing your trust in Him with every step. Let this make your faith stronger so that you are reminded with confidence that God is faithful, His grace is sufficient and He WILL see you through!
